Strong corporate governance has always been our priority as the Manager of Tower REIT. We recognise that an effective corporate governance culture is essential to protect the interests of the Trust’s stakeholders. It is also critical to our performance, and consequently, to the success of Tower REIT.
As a result, the Manager has adopted a comprehensive corporate governance framework that is designed to meet the best practice principles. In particular, the Manager must act honestly, with due care and diligence, and in the best interests of the Trust’s stakeholders.
